Leading an impactful life has always been my ultimate goal regardless of my accomplishments. Believing that people’s potential is uncharted, I explore mine tirelessly, both in my professional and personal life. I express my feelings. I share my experiences. I take challenges. It is indeed a daring adventure. At the end of my life I would love to face God and Thank Him as I have explored all my potentials He has given me.

My journey into leadership and coaching is one of transformation, resilience, and self-discovery. For over 20 years, I thrived in the high-stakes world of business, taking on executive roles that challenged me to grow and adapt constantly. My career began at renowned companies like P&G in the U.S. and L'Oréal in Indonesia, where I learned to lead diverse international teams and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

From there, my path led me to serve as Country Manager for major retail groups in Indonesia, Valiram Indonesia, and as Chief Commercial Officer for the country’s largest bakery chain, The Harvest Group. I became Chief Marketing Officer for a technology startup, a Vice President of Corporate Strategy for a global sports company in Singapore, and an entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry. Each step of the way, I gained insights into leadership, strategy, and the unique challenges leaders face in balancing ambition with authenticity.

In 2021, I embraced a new challenge that thrust me into the global spotlight. Competing on *The Apprentice: ONE Championship* as the sole Indonesian participant, I tested my skills against other high-performing professionals from around the world. Rising to the top, I earned a leadership position under Chatri Sityodtong, the host of the show and an internationally respected entrepreneur. The experience taught me not only about competition and resilience but also the importance of staying true to oneself under pressure.
